Morning Meditation for 21 Days: In each month, you can join our morning meditation class, starting from the first Monday. Starting with meditation every morning for 21 days will help you integrate mindfulness into your daily routine.
Mindfulness Series: Mindfulness makes everything that we do in our life more meaningful and fulfilling. This program continues for 8 weeks with different topics and practices of mindfulness that you can apply to diverse situations in your daily life.
Detox and Weight-loss: This is 10-week program that help you learn about principles and practices to detox your body, recover the natural balance, and thereby achieve your optimal body weight. This program will guide you to long-term natural health.
We will add more special classes to help community members with a wider range of subjects including natural health, mindful living and personal development.
