We are so excited to start online sessions with all of you! Earth Citizens Organization has teamed up with Sedona Meditation Center to support you and the health and wellness of our community by offering you our 1-hour wellness classes online every morning, Monday through Friday!

ONLINE CLASS SCHEDULE
Classes will run from March 26th through April 30th during the following days and times:
Monday - 9:30 am AZ time
Tuesday - 9:30 am AZ time
Wednesday - 9:30 am AZ time
Thursday - 9:30 am AZ time
Friday - 9:30 am AZ time
HOW TO TUNE IN
Create a free account at zoom.us
On the far right, click the blue button that says Sign Up, Its Free!
Input the email address that you want to use.
Go to your email account in a new browser window, open the Zoom email, and click the blue button saying Activate Account.
Create a password.
Press the blue letters JOIN in the top right, then press the blue JOIN button.
Enter in our class code (Meeting ID: 288-575-991) and make sure you are on mute. If you want, you can keep your camera on so that the instructor can see you.
ONLINE CLASS DETAILS
The classes are 1-hour wellness classes offering the following:
Meridian Stretching
Body Tapping
Breathing
Kigong (similar to Taichi)
Energy Meditation
Vibration Exercise for organ detox
Just so you know what to expect, the class flow is as follows:
The Instructor will open the zoom room 15min before the start of class. This means that you can log in and wait.
The Instructor will start warm up exercises 5min before the class begins.
The Instructor will greet everyone and then start class at 9:30am AZ time.
We will open the chat so that you can type any comment or questions during the class. The Instructor may not respond to you right away but we will find a solution for your future classes.
Class will be finished 10:30am AZ time.
We will communicate with you promptly through email so that we can continue to support you.
