Do you LIVE ECO? Simple shifts in our daily habits and choices can actually make a big difference in our life and our community. LIVE ECO is the way of life that ECO proposes to make our community healthier and more sustainable. LIVE ECO proposes recognizing ourselves as Earth Citizens, acknowledging the Earth as central value and accepting the care for people and the planet as our primary responsibility. Aligned with this direction, we seek natural health, mindful living and sustainability. To achieve these goals, we propose three simple action guidelines:

Kindness is an act that could never be overdone, especially in our current dire world. Kindness comes from the empathetic capacity of human nature, which enables us to overcome our personal limitation and reach our true greatness. Kindness is the key to our world’s most challenging problems; such as violence, inequality, racing extinction and climate change. Show that you care; impact other people with your kindness. This precious act ends up extending to other life forms and the planet itself. See what a difference we can make in our life, and in our community, simply by boldly expressing the kindness that we are born with.
Thank goodness that sustainability doesn’t mean shrinking our lives, or having to give up all the comforts and enjoyments that modern life has to offer! If we simply remove or reduce the waste in our daily lives, we can remarkably improve our quality of living. This awareness and practice will substantially reduce the stress on our personal life, and even the planet itself. A change starts when we take a moment to truly appreciate and respect the value of all things. Making sure our everyday items are fully utilized by ourselves and/or others through sharing, and reusing or recycling. This allows us to achieve abundance and sustainability at the same time.
Health, instead of being a commodity that we need to pay high prices for, should be the most natural state of life, as we see in the lives in Nature. We have all the power to achieve that within us. Simply by breathing more mindfully, you can reduce stress and bring your vital functions back to their natural balance. By exercising your gut, you can strengthen your immune system and help your brain function on its optimal level. These will help us not only get healthier naturally, but also recover our connection with Nature, and allow us to extend our healing to our community and to the planet itself. By recovering nature inside, we can restore nature outside.
